They have all kinds of additional little steps and restrictions for manufactured homes. I strongly suggest using another company for all of your "home buying needs" because I would rather light my hair on fire than use their services!

Utah here, I switched to them with 2.5 weeks to close and we made on time closing. If they are in AZ ( im pretty sure they are national) i would highly recomend them.
