Hey Jiaqi! Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately we no longer offer piercing services here at our shop.
Salvatore, Normally, we allow a 17 year old to come in and get pierced as long as their parent is present and they have the proper documentation showing proof that they are the legal guardian. This includes but is not limited to: child's birth certificate, child's ID (school or state issued), and parents ID. However, we currently do not have a piercer, therefore we are unable to render any piercing services at the moment.
