I purchased the Royal treatment and I was impressed at first until I got home, and really looked over the car! As I was driving home I noticed that the inside of the rear window was foggy because it had been missed! I folded my rear seat down and the back of the seat was filthy and had not been cleaned. The front windshield under that wipers was also untouched. I’m wasn’t impressed after finding the lack of attention to detail! I hope for the return visit it is done completely as expected!

Windows dirty again had to get them to wipe off the hole truck before leaving they did not touch the inside of the bed my showroom look was at a used showroom

I would recommend calling. They're a really great place and want to do a good job so they need to make sure the day is planned out. Also they're very good at retuning calls and checking in.
