I had to get an MRI and this facility and it's staff were amazing! They were patient with me when I was scheduling my appointment. Quickly helped me get labs I needed ordered and were in top of getting the results. On the day of my MRI the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Getting the MRI itself was what I expected and they constantly checked up on me and made sure I was comfortable. I got to listen to music during the MRI which helped ease a lot of anxiety. They also gave me a copy of the MRI after my test. The very next day my doctor called with the results! I would highly recommend coming here!

The staff and facility are first class. I have a huge fear of MRI’s and they made sure that I was taken care. When I needed copies years later they had me a copy within days. Super happy.

Went to Wasatch for a C spine MRI. Receptionists were very unpleasant however the x-ray tech was nice. Before my scan was even scheduled someone from the office called me and asked for the full out of pocket payment. I hadn't even heard from my doctor about my other x-ray results that were sent to Wassatch to be reviewed before I was being called for payment. Receptionists should be replaced.
