Great little post office. Super close to the university of Utah campus. Folks who work there are always pleasant and try to be as fast as possible. They have a self serve station as well and po boxes.

1. Every non-certified mail has been mailed efficiently and quickly every time. 2. I tried to mail a wedding certificate across town last year. Somehow the system thought this package was meant for the country of Samoa, and it traveled to Hawaii and was returned finally after 40 days. 3. I shipped a pastry overnight to the west coast. It was on Saturday so it wouldn't get delivered until Monday. It finally tried to be delivered on Wednesday, but the carrier couldn't "access the destination". Btw I sent another item to the same location for standard shipping, and it arrived on Monday. The pastry is now over 5 days old. And the item needs to get delivered so that my $50 overnight fee can be refunded. However, USPS wont cover perishables, so I can't get a refund on the pastry. Worst service.

They got super nice staff! My international package was return from LA custom because of dangerous good. So I removed the soda powder and tried to resend it. Originally I have to pay the postage again but one of their staff said because it’s returned in US so the postage can be reused. Very grateful to her professionalism!
