I was helping a friend pick up an UTV. I was so surprised to see a business owner disrespect his customer. I literally walked away. The owner also has no understanding of how to properly charge a deposit. They charged extra fees to use a CC for a deposit only. Justifying the expense as a fee that other companies charge. Specifically mentionng Enterprise. Personal experience and consulting industry professionals prove this to be an inaccurate representation of the facts. Our group will not do business with Larry Tarr and Pembine Sport due to his treatment of me and our group....

Excellent customer service. Even being new to the area, they were extremely helpful and answered all my questions without being pushy and trying to sell me unnecessary tools. Definitely my new go to local lawn and sports shop.

I had to call Pembine Sport today for some sleds I had dropped off for work to be done. I have had insurance stuff done here, ATV stuff done here, various questions and now my sleds. These folks are busy all the time and will still take the time to help you out. I tend to be like most and only rate when something sucks and after reading a couple of the bogus negative comments I am giving them my thumbs up. Appreciate what you do and where you do it at!!

Amy was great setting me and my daughter up with our snowmobile rental. We had a blast! She helped mark out some trails and let us borrow a couple helmets. Absolutely best day outside!
