Really liked coming here for a work thing. It was beautiful and lots of stuff to do. Staff was nice but not Pool staff. Food servers were younger kids but really nice. Complaint is that website says ‘Olympic sized pools’ didn’t look like it to me. Also i was reading reviews before mine…a little suspicious how all these nice reviews came in at the same time after a bad review was left. Wondering if the lake is covering up a bad experience? But hey, I still enjoyed my time here… Update: I noticed after I left my review, a bunch of other ‘people’ reviewed. Definitely covering up bad reviews or something at the park…people make sure you read, notice dates and similar names !! #justsaying

Is sad when you kid cry no to go back to a very expensive summer camp. I call the office they said they I’ll talk to her group to remain them BB was a friendly place. Well 2 weeks after she got punch and slap by 2 girls in 2 different days, Waste of money and didn’t send her back for her last day. Few days after this girls are sending her terrible messages calling her names bulling her on call. I call the office and the girl over the phone can careless! Didn’t even ask names or group and said they don’t do anything for what happens out side camp, mean while this girls still in the camp! (. 9-10 years old. Terrible answer!. For that reason I’m taking my time to leave this review. I was trying to get them to stop and let them parents know. Food is junk, water gross, plain snacks. We being in other camps in manalapan same expensive price and you can see the difference .( Never again coming back!. She is doing sportika camp now and is amazing! Not everything the shine is gold!.

We are finishing up the second year of my daughter attending Black Bear Lake and all I can say is she has had such an amazing experience so far. She is making life long friends and being exposed to so many activities she may not have been exposed to in a lifetime without camp. I am forever grateful to be able to provide her with the opportunity to have these experiences. We look forward to many more years of memories and her living her best life.
