The worst place to live. Try to find an apartment else where. My wife lived there for a year and she still has nightmares. First of all it’s in a noisy area. And the common area is not clean. There is constant theft of packages happening in the apartment and there is no use complaining to the management. Avoid unit 7 apartment in any building at any cost. Those are right above the boiler room and the apartment itself becomes a furnace during winters with temperatures always above 80F even with heating off. And if you complaint that to management they will ask you to turn on AC or leave windows open. The washer and dryer are almost never working. Adding to all this , the management is the worst. They keep increasing the rent for no reason and they will eat up all your deposit even if you move out of the apartment leaving it perfectly clean. Don’t even think of doing month to month lease as they charge you close to double the rent without being upfront about the cost. The staff is so rude. Avoid this apartment at any cost. There are lot of better apartments nearby. Don’t consider this as a one off incident. This has happened with other people too. Response to the owner: I have clearly mentioned that “my wife” lived here. Even she has posted a review and you haven’t addressed it yet.

Bad service, irresponsable leasing agent

I had the most terrible apartment I have ever lived in. There are a number of problems with this place 1. All unit 7s in this building is right above the boiler and laundry room , so your apartment temperature is always above 80F all throughout the year(even in summers). I had contacted the maintenance so many times . Nothing was fixed. In winters even with their ACs turned on 24 hrs , it so hard to bring the temperature down. 2. No safety. Theft and break-ins. I lost so many packages delivered to this apartment. 3. Cleanliness 0/10. There are mice as well. 4. Washer/ dryer never works.

Condition of the laundry room for Building 57 and 55 also worth mentioning entrance carpet is soiled with dog excrements, there is constant weed stench in the entire building, community manager Mathew is responsive and a real good guy, just a sad grounds keeping community for the longest time, too much loud music being played during summer time especially after office is closed.near pool area.
