This place is infested with rodents, centipedes and roaches. We have found several times that the fruits in the basket or food packets have bites of rats. There has been so many rodent inspections and it is a total time waster. I have provided pictures of a dead mice and of bite on food packet. Imagine your 2k+ "luxurious" apartment with mice traps all over the apartment and if you call people over. The apartments are very commercial and cheap construction. Things will keep breaking every now and then. The management hardly answer any questions and need several follow ups. Parking is an issue. If you come after 4 pm, you will hardly get any spot even though you are charged each month for parking. Guest parking is an issue. Mail packages keep on getting lost now and then. They dont have enough dumpsters and it is always overflowing. They were try to get you in with promotions but once you are in, they will make money out of you one way or the other.

This place is infested with roaches and mold. If you care about your and your loved ones’ health, seriously recommend you seek elsewhere. Surprised this place is not being investigated by the health department yet.

I had requested for information regarding the vacancy and they got back to me at late hours, which is unusual. But agent was not able to offer any other time beside Tuesday 3pm tour for two weeks. I asked if there are later hours available due to work reason, they gave me 2:30pm.... A bit lack of interest for new customers. I can't imagine what it will be like when you are at their mercy... So don't get trick into a bad start people... Be aware.

This is the worst experience of my life as a renter. I am currently looking for another place to live. I have had a pest problem for the last 8 months and have only lived in my unit for 1 year. There have been about 8 to 10 mice that have been caught using snap traps. Everytime there is a mouse, I reach out to them with a complaint- they come and pick the deade mice up but there is nothing else done beside these snap traps. Also there is a roach infestation along with bettles, spiders, and centipedes. It is so disgusting to me that I have to shed out 2k/monthly to live with these pests. The property management is horrible(office and maintence) Jennifer/Katia/Jason. It is unheard of to NOT FUMIGATE a newly renovated unit!!! There is a flooding issue on the main level in the winter. The snow turn to water and floods the living space. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT STOP BY!
