I love this store for many reasons. I drive out of my way to come here. All of the team members are awesome. But some are spectacular and truly understand customer service. I experienced that today. What this young lady helped me with really can’t be found in most retail environments. Thanks Caslon. You rock.

Really upset with the bakery for not listening to me when I called and said I would not be there @3 to pick up my cake and it was left out til 7 and was not stored in the fridge when I got there. So not only was the icing cracking and dry, the picture I placed on the cake poorly done than previous years. At this harmons. I will not be returning or hyping up this location again

Harmon's is a more traditional grocery store. It is larger, with more variety than Trader Joe's. However, you won't find Trader Joe's labeled products at Harmon's.

@Marsha Good question. I've never purchased lemongrass here. There are some great Asian Markets in the Provo/Orem area who carry lemongrass and other produce.
they are about a 10 minute drive from there. if they deliver cakes, I wouldn't see why they would deliver there.
They do in Salt Lake area according to their website
