Great place to take the family and have a day at the beach. Grills for cooking. Bathrooms and a changing room. Picknic tables for fine dining. Very safe environment. Sandy beach and no charge.

The park is not all that exciting. Yes, you can swim, yes, they have changing rooms and toilets, but the water goes deep quickly, and the swimming area is quite loud.

This lake is spring-fed, which makes it the clearest cleanest and freshest lake you could ever dream of! It's second to NONE for swimming and fishing!

The most beautiful and clear lake that I've been to in a while. Had loads of fun fishing, frogging, and swimming in the lake. It's secluded from cities and is very quiet. I can actually enjoy peace there. It's best to go middle of spring/early summer because it does get crowded, however it is a wonderful change of scenery from surrounding cities.
