Great place for quick medical care with fast service

Took my grand daughter in for a severe earache. Front desk was kind and sympathetic. Dr. Green was so sweet. She diagnosed a double ear infection and prescribed antibiotics and a cough medicine. My grand daughter was much better by the end of the day and by next day, you couldn't tell she was ever sick. Thank you Immediate Care, where you get just that.

I knew it was going to be terrible service from the beginning when I saw the poor attitude and respect from the front desk receptionist to a patient with a language barrier. I wish I was able to get a hold of them so I can speak with a supervisor

I agree, there is a huge lack of respect from front desk. They provide no instruction what so ever and when they do, they are disrespectful.

Depends on what insurance you have. Please call one of the centers to verify, or call your insurance company.

I am in Robbinsville on vacation. I live in California & have Kaiser insurance. I think I may have an ear infection. At the beginning of the year I had an ear infection which resulted in a ruptured ear drum. Could I come in for a checkup.

Hi Indira, Yes, we do have staff/providers at our sites that speak Spanish. Please feel free to come into any of our centers to be seen for your medical needs.
