I wish I could give them negative stars. I order something for my sister's baby shower. Got a confirmation email with an order # and an estimated delivery date. Never received the order. When I contacted customer service they said "call my bank for a refund" and they don't know why I got an email when the order number doesn't exist. No one wanted to correct the problem or try to help me. He just said "sorry." Will never oder again from this place again.

Bought baby furniture in January. The expected delivery date comes and goes.. they canceled my order and never told me. Had to reorder... expected delivery date comes and goes. Now they're telling me that the freight company can't drive from New Jersey to Pennsylvania because it's too far. What a complete joke. Tried calling the 1-800 number and they are completely useless as well. The staff at the store are very snotty! It's a shame Babies R Us went out of business.

This location and company is an absolute joke. They were really quick to take our money as me and my wife spent well over $1000 in one transaction for our expected baby. One of the dressers they had on display was not in stock, so we got it delivered to our home and it came damaged. Buy buy baby has no return department that you can actually speak to so you have to email someone who takes 72 hours to respond, after a few emails we got connected to a different agent so I called the store and spoke with Maggie who attempted to help so kudos to her but whoever she was emailing NEVER reached out to me. At this point it’s been almost a month with a broken dresser in our nursery so I call the location again and spoke with Jennifer who is another “manager”, she was extremely rude and said we were told not to do anything with returns or exchanges so you can call the 1-800 number. She didn’t offer to transfer, the number, or to even look into it. She didn’t ask for an order number or express any concern, she wanted to get off the phone and back to her day. I’m extremely disappointed with this company, especially when it’s geared toward a happy moment in someone’s life. Never supporting buybuybaby or bed bath and beyond again.

My husband and I just visited this store. Within 30 seconds of walking two employees asked if we need help ( very kind ). We found a baby travel system on sale in the clearance isle for %50 off and were seriously contemplating purchasing it but decided to see if they had the model out on the “stroller showroom floor” ; they did not. The manager Erica asked if we needed anything and she offered to set up the exact model for us on the showroom floor if we could give her a few minutes. She came through and delivered. We tested out the model and loved it, then purchased the exact same item for $200 cheeper in their clearance section.. way to amazing customer service! Thanks very Erica, you are GREAT at your job!
