A young man with braids cursed me out today 5/11/22 he had braids and glasses on over a food delivery for no apparent reason ..To be honest he need to be fired for threatening a frequent shopper like myself at this store on 69th street UpperDarby Pa. 5/11/22 His co worker that morning was Laetrice she ordered food that I delivered. I will take up some legal actions with corporate to file a suit against his belligerent act towards me delivering food with my wife standing next to me at the time..My Name Is Aaron I feel threatened because I'm An Asian American with all the Violence in our city towards Asian Americans.

The Gamestop at this location gets very busy and the employees make a great effort to multitask. The phone is there to be answered but they might be busy with customers. This location holds a crowd and its very hard to focus on the phone when you are trying to attend a customer..

It depends more so on the controller. If its a newer controller or an elite one. They may take it. But there protocal is basically to plug the controller intona system. And if its not picking up. 9 times out of 10 they wont take it.

Yes, they do give cash back. However, they will try to give you a really low amount for the games, Gamestop is notorious for that. If you want, they have a page that tells you how much you will get for each game before you go in to the store. Google gamestop game values, it will pop up. Also if you are a powerup member you get a little more back.

Former employee at upper Darby GameStop here: Phone is usually off the hook due to the concentration of the employees. Most people call up there with stupid questions instead of finding things out on their own. For instance...most people fail to realize that we have an app and a website... Utilize it.
