Employees cheat customers. I have bought games from this GameStop, which constantly put on unnecessary charges without customer permission, i.e., adding a warranty. You have to ask me at least before you spend my money. I do not care if it’s only a dollar, it is a deplorable action and I have called the corporate office about this matter.

Had to drive out of my way for a Sonic toy. Was so greatful. After calling 6 different Game stops this one had it. The employee held it behind the counter and even had another character waiting with Sonic. We got both. Thank you so much

GameStop and not really GameStop it's not for gamer I feel like the store is just for selling stuff that's it and people don't treat like the gamer they just another store I don't know it's the worst store this is my opinion
