The young woman at the desk was very nice and very helpful. We will be back. $15 for a half hour on the paddle boat.

The tandem kayak we rented was awful. Missing a pedal in the front and neither front or back pedals adjustable. Front seat could not be adjusted for the back to be straight so had to paddle leaning back. They clearly do not maintain these kayaks and are only out to make $. Very disappointing.

Yes. However, you have to put your name on a waiting list. Once you are selected, the spot is yours on a yearly basis.
I'm not sure, since I've only ever used a canoe or kayak but during the day there are people at the boat rental shack that could most likely answer your questions...
