i came here first apoitment they check my cituation they told me i can fix that..so they give me another apoitment month later..now im here again second time i lost my day of work..now they told me i cant do that you need to go to surgeon.🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ really? will you pay my days lost of work?..thays not a profetional to me

I recently moved to Bayonne and needed a dermatologist, my former one was in Brooklyn. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about seeing Elsie Rivera because she is a Nurse Practitioner and not a doctor but wow, my skepticism was eliminated after seeing her. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience starting with my call to book the appointment and my follow up calls to get me logged on to the Portal Page. The receptionist was extremely helpful, I was called in very quickly, the assistant was very thorough uploading all my history into the computer and I was seen by Miss Rivera very quickly. Miss Rivera was extremely thorough going over my medical history, listening to my complaints, and with her examination of me (I had multiple issues.) Miss Rivera did not rush through anything, she took her time examining me and explaining her findings in detail. I am extremely pleased with Miss Rivera and her entire staff and will definitely recommend her to everyone. I have found a new dermatologist!

Husband made an appointment through their txting system. It was set at 4:30. The day before they call saying it has to be canceled because the system made a mistake. Was not able to accommodate for another 2 weeks. We tried to give this place another chance and we waited 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment for my daughter. The day before they call saying that the time has to change the system did a mistake. I agreed with the time change. The day of they cancel. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
