They charged us deposit when we applied. We decided that we don’t move in and still didn’t get our deposit back. It’s been a month already! Tried calling and sending emails. Nobody is answering our calls or responding to our emails… I imagine what kind of management is there…

The apartment is very nice, spacious and everything works very well. Unfortunately I have a neighbor who installed several machines in the garage and inside the apartment, which makes constant noise in my apartment and also makes the walls shake. I tried several times to solve this with the administration and they did nothing. I think the next step is to sue the neighbor and Bayonne Bay Condominium

First and foremost, apartment hunting can be an experience within itself!! Let’s start there. But..my experience with this apartment complex was seamless. I was met with warm hellos and provided detailed information on units that I was interested in from the door. The professionalism of the leasing team (Natalie and Jeanette) specifically is unmatched. There is no pressure in talking you into something that is out of your price range and they are willing to provide all necessary information upfront. I can tell that the staff truly cares about the prospective tenants needs and making sure our experience at the complex is an enjoyable and comfortable one. Another property worker, Chris, was truly helpful as well. Even in these unprecedented times, given COVID, my tour, communication, and comfort were all handled professionally and safely. The complex is a beautiful one and worth the pricing. Spacious bedroom sizes and modern kitchen appliances. Definitely a safe and diverse environment overall. Don’t hesitate to make that appointment and tour for yourself! -Fran
