You need to go through your S1 I would highly recommend you go through your unit. More then likely you will piss off a lot of people by going straight to Draper
Peggy, your question lacks details needed for a good answer. The HQs is open 24/7 to those with access. There are a variety of shops working different schedules, but you'd get the most overlap with the hours you found. You'll want to verify that this is the correct building you need and which group can assist. Enter through the main doors on the frontage road and tell security who you need to see.
