We bought our furniture there. The delivery guys were early which was nice and had everything in and put together in minutes. Great service. Good salesmen at the store, not pushy, listened to what our needs were and that's what we were showed. We are happy with everything. We bought ours at the Orem store.
Thank you for your questions. We do not offer autodraft as a fraud prevention measure. We have offered in the past, but there was so much fraud, it wasn't worth it to us. You can pay online. All you need is your account number and you can go into the payment portal. We do support autopay, but you need to set it up through your bank. Call the customer service team at 801-596-6950 and they can get you all the necessary info to help you set up auto pay or use the payment portal.
