Extremely poor management. In a year period, they have responded to 1 email only because it was escalated to Related. Building elevators issues since the first year of inception. Have been here for 5 years. Water turned off with minimal notice for random repairs. Front door broken in and not fixed for 4 months. People smoking, trash issues, leak issues and, when it is cold, there is front and ice on the window sills that creates mold. Amazing location, but there are much better buildings with less headache and hassle. Would not recommend.

Great location beautiful building with nice amenities but the problems are: 1- smoke free building. But many residents smoke and since the building has poor ventilation the smells stays in your neighbors apt 2- some tenants do not properly throw away their garbage correctly 3- loud music on the weekends

Why continue to book tours for an apartment that has a pending application and eventually is no longer available, essentially having nothing to show people but amenities? That’s wholly frustrating for potential renters.

Great building. Beautiful amenities. State of the art gym. Have been here 5 years. Very accommodating building service and management. Love living here. Wonderful neighborhood with beautiful waterside parks.

This is definitely a pet friendly building. I believe you're asking if the building allows service animals. If so, they definitely allow them.
