MD is our HOA contracted landscape maintenance provider. They are responsible for lawn care, lawn irrigation and landscape maint. Over the 2 yrs I've been here our lawn has gone from nice to patchy dead spots. Some large. Also the irrigation is infrequent or on 24/7 causing mold/alge growth and standing water.

This company is contracted to take care of the landscaping for our development. There has been black slime mold and bald patches for months, and despite numerous requests from the HOA to resolve this issue, and visits to the site from the company, there has been no effort to fix these issues. On top of that, they run the sprinklers more often than needed, making our backyard a swamp and a breeding ground for this mold they refuse to remove. They do not seem to actually care about their work or their customers.
