I have had the most AMAZING experience at OTAF! I had never had a gym membership anywhere prior to joining OTAF and was anxious to join, but am so glad I did! I’ve met amazing people and am stronger and happier with myself than I’ve ever been. The coaching staff is awesome (every single one), professional and so helpful. The front desk staff are professional, kind, helpful, and always welcoming. I 100% recommend OTAF to EVERYONE! You’ll LOVE. it!!!

If you are looking to join Orange Theory you may want to consider another studio. The Orange Theory workout is great and I’ve really enjoyed it in the past but the American Fork studio is awful. Their coaches are the worst, they don’t know how to do half the exercises, no help or advice is ever given, and on top of that some are just outright rude to you and won’t help or talk to you at all unless you are one of thier favorites. Having a coach to encourage and help during the workout was a big reason why I signed up for OTF but I could have saved so much more money going to a regular gym and doing the workout by myself because that’s essentially what happened. Even my very first class the front desk person told the coach (who was the head coach at the time) it was my first time and they usually help you to know how to do the workout, find your base, encourage and watch, etc but she ignored me the whole time and only followed up with an automated text after the workout. I almost quit right then because the first class was such a confusing and awful experience. But I did go back and found a really amazing coach that made the atmosphere great and helped me to where I was really starting to enjoy it and see results but then she moved to the Lehi studio and I couldn’t make it to her classes. After that it was a continuous downhill slide at American Fork. They changed the class schedule, even though the majority of attendees said they preferred it how it was. Aside from the coaches the whole front desk group is only semi helpful with a lot of “I don’t knows” and “maybes?” rather than working to get an answer or to assist you, but have no hesitation taking money from you. Again, love the Orangetheory workout but would definitely urge you to consider a different studio as others and Myself had much more positive experiences elsewhere.

I’ve been signed up since February, 5 months now and they still haven’t fixed my account. 5 months and I still cannot book a class using the app. I’ve asked them to fix it so many times I’ve lost count, it’s becoming ridiculous. Experience at this location has been absolutely abysmal. No one will take accountability and see this issue through until it’s resolved.

I can’t say enough good things about Orangethoery Fitness! By far, it’s the best gym I’ve ever been too. We celebrate everyone and the community is super supportive. The coaches, the front desk staff, and the workout are all top notch. No workout is the same. I’ve lost over 30lbs and I’m currently in the best shape of my life thanks to OTF! I would highly recommend Orangethoery American Fork. Come sweat it under the orange lights!
