I guess I'm spoiled!!there was a day and a time you could go to a gym mid-day in this Town/ Valley and have the place to yourself.( really) Never thought I' d be a- pining for the " good ' ol days" . It is also worth noting that at the time we called those same days " these trying times" . In sum, it makes it difficult for me to give 5 stars for much of anything!!

My favorite VASA in the valley. The only bad thing is that old people blast Fox News in the lockers, and they sit on the couch watching it. Go home and watch that garbage some of us just want to work out.

EDIT: despite the response I got to this review, no one from the membership services team reached out. I recommend the PG or AF fitness centers. Cleaner, far less crowded, less gymtimidation, and the machines are better maintained. Two-star gym for sure. Equipment is decent, but you’ll need to come at either 4am or 10pm if you don’t want to deal with a severely overcrowded gym. Even if you get a bench at the free weights, some else is guaranteed to be using the weights you want. Considering joining the AF Fitness Center even though it’s a little farther just so I don’t have to deal with the absolute zoo that is Vasa American Fork.

Today in the sauna at Vasa the Staff put up a sign to not hang stuff on the thermostat or else they will close the sauna. The dry sauna is too cold 160^. EOS in AZ keeps theirs between 180^ and 190^. I know AZ people like heat but come on Vasa. Heat it up please! The Plunj in Provo also keeps theirs around 190^. Other then that I could talk about the showers and bathrooms lacking but for me it’s the sauna that bugs me the most.

Yep. They have great staff and great hours. My kids love it.
Yes, you could go to your nearest one. There are different passes; there's one where you could have the pass just for that one location and there is another pass where you could go to any Vasa to work out. I would talk to one of the employees and ask any questions you may have so they could help you out
They do it's about a 8x14' room. The problem is being there while it's working. It is always down. The main reason, I'm guessing, is because big corporations take wayyyy to long to replace or repair things. Unfortunately it's usually the repair which means they are only avoiding the problem for a little bit. Then it breaks a month later and there is no steam room for a week or longer. This is the same case with drinking fountains and tons of machines.
Yep!
Yes. Usually there's a game of young adults and adults using half the court and then there are 3 other hoops where people just shoot. so it almost always is available for someone ... child or adult to just to go in there and shoot hoops.
Unfortunately for sanitary reasons they are not.
My guess is normal hours, I didn't see any signs saying otherwise
Dan is awesome and helpful as Caleb says, and YES lots of different pre-workout drinks. Both powdered mix in and already made. But most of them say to take 30-60 min before workout

What's another gym you would recommend in the area?
always clean
Most likely the regular time. I don't know why you would ask this thing as it's past January 1st.
Yes
