Nice little place on a nice little lake!

It's a nice rustic campground not to far off the main drag. Sites are kinda small is why I gave it a 4 star. But lots of them. Boat launch is always nice. Restrooms were nice. Was breezy at times. I was there for only two days though. Water seemed nice to swim in but I didn't personally go in. Its rustic camping so there is no showers or electric. Unless you bring a generator. Also as usual lock your food up at night and while you are away for the day possibly.

Nice area for rustic camping, small sandy areas on most sites to access the water, clean campsites, bathrooms are well taken care of, water pump close by, bugs/flys weren't terrible. Only complaint is someone across the lake, lighting off fireworks for over an hour around 10pm. Hopefully that is an isolated incident. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it!

Who wants to camp right next to an open mine with mining trucks and pay loaders running and beeping their back up warnings all night long. Yes ALL night long. This is a 24 hour running active mine that makes a tremendous amount of noise. Trust me, you will NOT want to camp here!
