LOVE this place! This is a wonderful place for families. Grills near playground equipment, hiking, camping, handicap accessible to anemities, beach and overlook. Always clean and well maintained.

Great area with nice campsites and firepits with grill grates. Have clean bathrooms, running well water, ice and firewood sold onsite. Had a great time walking to the beach and enjoying the outdoors with friends.

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL PLACE💜💜💜 worth the drive, just make sure if you go to the free camp site you go as early as possible to make sure you have a spot. Anyone with small cars, the roads are VERY VERY bumpy and deep big pot holes... it's a dirt road💜

Amazing camping spot. Highly recommend bug spray because there are plenty of Russian mosquitos. There is no shower, your only shower is Lake Michigan. Other than that a lot of outdoor activities available.

No reservations are needed or available. Its a first come first serve basis, you drive off the main road onto a side road and drive around until you find the site you like and then set up camp. With a fifth wheel it might be limited options for such a large traillor but still definitely possible. Hope this helps! It's a beautiful place and a must see!
Regular fee in national parks $15 per night yearly fee is $50 or $75
