Their homes are nice but the people that work for them keeps stealing the money orders for the tenants rent. Then they will send you letters saying you didn't pay your rent. So then you have to get your receipt of payment from the money order to prove to them you did. Just for them to tell you oh someone has been robbing our mailbox and we have an idea who been doing it . Like excuse me!!! Mind you the mailbox is inside there door and locked so yall in here letting your workers steal then act like the tenants not paying?? Wow stay away yall this been going on for decades

My daughter was a renter for a few years! She never could get maintenance to repair anything for the last 3 years! She had mice & they never had a exterminator come to help! Her downstairs was extremely drafty! Rooms were leveled & I could go on & on! She was evicted a week after thanksgiving with no notice given to her & given 10 minutes to vacate with her infant & toddler! She had no place to go! Read your lease properly, cause they will put false info in it, to make u look like u are wrong!
