I lived here for a year and the experience was great. I was a graduate student at Temple University and found the apartments efficiently managed, clean, safe (needs a key fob or passcode to gain access to the building, 24hr security, cameras on each floor), and conveniently located in the Philly area (near to subway stations, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants, Temple University, and Hospital. There is an on-site gym which comes in handy if you want to workout but bypass traveling to planet fitness, laundry unit on each floor, vending machines in lobby area, and plenty of parking in the lot. Also, the apartments have modern fixtures and fittings and are adequately ventilated. Yin is the landlord and is amazing and pretty great to work with. FYI he will sometimes surprise tenants with coffee and donuts in the mornings (Yum!) I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting or relocating to Philadelphia.

The building and brand new, I never had any bug or rodent issues. You have access to free parking if you live here. It’s also a strong build so I never once heard my neighbors noise e.g talking, music, or smelled anything from another unit. It does get noisy from outside and the street but that’s because the windows are huge and I didn’t mind because the natural sun light coming in was amazing. The appliances are good quality and the bathroom and rooms/closets are huge, so much space! If you are hesitant on moving here please don’t be! I’m a woman and lived alone and to be honest, I was scared to move to this area but I’m so glad I did. The apartment complex is gated, you can’t access the building unless you live here. The complex is also full of other medical/pharmacy students, rotating students, students in general, families and working professionals, who all seem respectful, I’ve never met any sketchy neighbors. Plus there are always people in the lobby for safety. There’s Tony in the morning hours who does a great job of keeping our packages safe and Israel in the evening and night hours who is extremely helpful and kind plus always aware of what is going on. Yin, the property owner and landlord is the absolute best. He handles situations directly and my requests were always handled so fasts. He is so accommodating and truly cares about his renters. He allowed me to extend my lease twice even though I asked last minute and despite having people to take over. The best landlord I’ve ever had and I wish I could stay longer.

Great place especially if you are rotating as a student! The owner Yin is accommodating and helps whenever you need anything. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need! There is gated parking as well as someone at the front desk during business hours. This is also one of the few places that is accommodating with your lease as well; you don’t need to get a 1 year lease! This is particularly helpful for graduate students who are rotating at different hospitals and clinics. Right by temple dental and medical schools. Overall highly recommend.

The landlord, Yin is an extremely good guy and extremely accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and all the appliances are new! I would strongly recommend living here especially if you're looking for a place conveniently close to the medical or dental schools. I'm 100% happy with the place and I'm glad I chose this place as my first apartment in Philly. Its gated so you feel safe, the door is staffed until pretty late at night (at least 10:00 PM), and the amenities make living here great. If you're looking for a fairly priced apartment close to the school then I strongly recommend Temple Lofts!
