Locked out for 3+ hours due to key fob malfunction. No master fob for the building, maintenance is 1+ hour away, terrible experience with a tenant that’s trying to get into their unit. Do not recommend!

Low level of integrity. Be careful about your security deposit it will never get back to you!

Love my balcony apartment. Really enjoy using the ping-pong table in the PH and occasionally going onto the rooftop with the beautiful view of the Comcast towers. Location is great. Chinatown is a few blocks over and Love Park is nice to walk through during the holiday. Good eats around here! All the front desk staff are friendly (building residents are all very respectful). There are a ton of elevators but select ones for single-digit floors. I would recommend sending important packages to a private locker or to the nearby post-office for safety. If you're ordering online, I suggest that you include the items should be placed in the proper package system and not just sitting out.

- The elevators are consistently down - free reign to take peoples packages no type of security for your packages - the building has a heating issue. It’s January and the heat keeps turning off. They said it’ll be fixed but it’s been a couple weeks already - the people in the leasing office are unprofessional and not helpful at all - the security staff DO NOT DO ANYTHING I hate it here. Looking forward to moving anywhere else.

The rodent issues have been addressed. Fire alarms are still a major problem.

What is sq ft and rents for 2 bedr

Don't rent, look somewhere else unless you want 1200-1300 sq full of mice dropping and false fire alarms, with unresponsive management. Not willing to take responsibility and make environment liveable

Is the building handicap accessible? Parking for handicapped visitors?

Yes

Are the bedrooms in these apartments carpeted?

Sydney Hood | Oct 4, 2018

No.. they are not. I would avoid the place. It is ready yet. It shouldn't have been opened. Construction is heavy.. heat problems.. alarms proplems.. doors problems.. It is a mess here.. might have potenital.. but definitely was not ready to open for residents yet and the bigger problem that management and leasing offices are never helpful
