this is a good movie place, but the floor is disgusting and napkins and popcorn everywhere in the floor, and staff is especially rude.

As purchasing tickets from the as she says (general manager) I asked her could I pay for an unlimited drink. And she could keep the money because I couldn't drink her drink. and bring a drink with me that I have to drink prescribed by a doctor. She said absolutely not no outside food or drink is allowed. And I said do you turn people with wheelchairs away because they have a disability and have to set in one. I have to drink a special drink after having the covid-19. Isn't this Turning Away someone with disabilities which is against the law I think so. I would have spent at least 30 bucks on drinks for my wife popcorn and nachos in two or three extra cheese to dip the nachos in

TLDR; Owner is rude. Place falling apart. They have a sign in the ticket window that says they offer a college student discount. Lady with black hair was extremely rude. Didn’t give us a discount. Maybe you should take the sign down then. This whole place is literally falling apart. Mop buckets everywhere catching leaks from the ceiling. It’s literally not safe to even be in here.

It’s a shame the only Theater in this area is so bad. The prices are way too high and the theaters are always trashed up and nastythe managing staff of this theater is very unfriendly to its Guest that’s why I rather travel to Bristol or Abington to see a movie much better experience and a lot better experience with friendly staff
