Dena is the BEST!!! I was TERRIFIED of getting glasses. Self conscious and really had a rough time. She has made my experience so much easier to deal with and she helps in every way she can from picking out frames to helping me pick out what's best for my budget and fitting for my comfort. I could not think of ANYONE better to do the outstanding job she does!!! Thanks to Envision Eye Care and their friendly staff. I am completely satisfied with the eye care I have received at Envision Eye Care -- Cedar Bluff I was greated with awesome and the sweetest and most beautiful ladies. My Dr's handed my care very awesome. Both Dr. Albright and Dr.Hicks treated my care very well. When I had my cataract surgery I was so very terrified. Everyone was so very sweet and understanding. For me I have a very bad phobia of anyone or anything to touch my eyeball. When Dr.Hicks came to tell me what he will do, I had to stop him because, I just would not be able to handle it. I was really terrified when they wouldn't let my daughter be with me before they put me under. I was shaking I was so scared. But I had such very very very good care. The staff and Dr. Hicks was so very sweet and understanding. The staff and Dr. Albright I am just so happy and pleased with everyone. My care and my after care is still going on for now. I still have to go back and have laser surgery because of the kind of cataaract's I have. Dr.Albright and Dr.Hicks have assured me it's not going to be so bad. So I'm not going to stress myself out like I did before my cataract surgery. They also treated and was so very nice to my daughter and my granddaughter. My granddaughter she just was right there in front of me wanting to know just what exactly they were going to do to her nanna. When she had to let me go in to start my surgery she told them she was going to lol. Her mom had to explain everything to her, and only then would she let me go. The staff was so sweet and precious with her. Even when I had to go back the next day to have my bandages removed, she was right there wanting to make sure that they wasn't going to hurt her nanna lol. All that aside. I have had superb medical care from the Cedar Bluff office and the Bristol office's. Everyone has been wonderful. My care was excellent and my needs were taken very seriously for how terrified I was to go through everything. They definitely get 100% from this patient. Even my after care was the same.

03/14/22 was my first visit at this clinic. Everyone I encountered, from my walk-in until leaving, was very courteous, professional, informative, and very enjoyable to talk with. The aura of the clinic was positive and cheerful. I received a most thorough exam. I would most certainly recommend this staff to take care of anyone's eyecare needs.
