I chose to walk into Sansom Watches on Friday after finding all the great reviews with a personal touch he had. I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn't sure if I wanted new or used, or of the final style that I was looking for. After talking with Andrew and trying on a couple dozen watches I had picked one out that he did not have in his shop. He worked with some of his connections, was quick to communicate by phone and text, and had the watch to me by Wednesday. The Omega Seamaster we picked out is absolutely perfect and I plan to go back to Andrew for any and all future watch needs. Thank you Andrew!
