My dad did the green card permanent application here with Liseth. She’s very knowledgeable and attentive. The only thing I didn’t like is that she was taking care of other walkin people or answering calls. We had previously made an appointment for the same reason. Establishment needs better management or more trained employees to help when needed. The other lady was on her phone and ignored us completely but Liseth came through and helped us out. Office is OK but was hot. Giving 4 stars

I want to share my experience with Cris: my employment based (EB4) green card was filed on the wrong dates due to some confusion and my case was administratively closed by uscis. It was a sudden shock for me and my family our future was in completely darkness. Chris Handeled everything so carefully and patiently and gave us moral and emotional support and was confident that soon everything would be on track. Finally new applications filed again by Chris and Our green cards got approved. I am very thankful to him for handling my situation professionally and get the green cards for me my wife and two daughters. I highly recommend his services.

Liseth Gabriel did a fantastic job, keeping in regular contact with me throughout the Removal of Conditions process, even doing so during the COVID-19 pandemic. I used Fifth Street Assistance Center for my initial Green Card application too and will most certainly use them to apply for Citizenship when eligible. Great job and thank you Liseth! 5 STARS

With our immigration interview freshly behind us, I really can't thank or praise Chris Decker enough, from Fifth Street Immigration, for his hard work, sensitivity, organization and deep knowledge of the entire process! I had a sense of great relief from the very start, as Chris knew how to prioritize and organize everything I needed to apply. He helped me find patience through the wait times and would even respond to my panicked questions via email on holidays, just to set my mind at ease right away. It certainly didn't hurt that the bottleneck of immigration bureaucracy seemed to dissipate throughout our process. We went from applying to adjust my status in September 2019 with an estimated 12-14 month wait, to what turned out to only be a 6 month wait. Even with luck on our side, Chris was with us every step of the way, making sure we had everything in order. I am now one happy Canadian wife with a happy American husband, finally ready to move my belongings across the border and find work here. My Green Card is in the mail. Thanks SO much Chris! I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs your services!
