I called 2 different Firestone stores at 5:30 to see if they could install a set of 4 tires on my SUV. I needed the tires done tonight as an emergency and I was immediately turned down by a woman on the line. I wasn't even asked what kind of tire I was looking for to see if they had it. I needed 4 Bridgestone's which came out to $1,500 and since they couldn't accommodate I had to go to 561 Tire Guy down the road. he was incredibly friendly and had a set of Pirelli's that he took care of me with. it's a shame because the credit card this company offers would have been so convenient for me to use right now.

Alternator replacement - Amazing service! I always get worried about going to these big name shops, but my alternator was failing and I was close by. When I called, I first spoke with Kevin who was upfront that they were busy for a walk in (totally expected on a Saturday) but they’d take a look that day and get it done ASAP. When they checked it out, Kevin confirmed it was the alternator (battery was brand new) and explained everything including an out-the-door quote. Dropped it off about noon and had it first thing the next morning. Tom was really great with explaining the warranties on parts and labor. They didn’t try to push other services like some other big name places - I just needed my car running for now. I will be using this location in the future for regular maintenance, oil changes, brakes, etc. Thank you!!! Car is running great again :)

This is not a question; however, my car is foreign, and I have not had any issues.
Nothing I'm aware of however if you're a BJ owner or another large outlet they always offer monthly deals on tires another words $70 off on the set of four Michelin Bridgestone Costco is the other large retailer to be very honest I prefer Costco because they have a largest selection if you would let me know what your car is the size of the tire I'll give you a recommendation on which tire for the price to buy if you would let me know what your price range is naturally it would be the lowest possible if I know the car I'll understand the performance value ratio versus what you would want to pay thank you very much Towanda Simms have a great day sincerely Robert
