Well it'll be hard for them to answer the phone since they are small franchise and they stay busy all the time and yes I have got upset because of waiting on the food was taking too long but I had to understand they are small franchise and you have to really really understand that there is a small space in there that everybody have to work in other than that the food is excellent.
