I am so dissatisfied with everything this company offers. I was due for a check up on my contact prescription. They weren't allowing me to buy contacts anymore from my old prescription (which is fair enough because the old prescription was given to me at their Pico Rivera location and I always felt it was off and not strong enough for my eyes) until I went in and was retested. So I go in and get tested and provide them my eyeglasses too. Despite them knowing one of my eyes is stronger than the other and therefore the prescription is different for both eyes, they ordered the wrong contact lenses so that I could have the same prescription for both eyes. When I went to try them on, one of my eyes felt off and the doctor explained why, aka they ordered the wrong one so I could have the same prescription for both eyes. So now I have to wait longer for the new order to come in. Approximately how long is up in the air. And I'm not able to buy contacts from my old prescription either. I'm in this weird limbo waiting on them. Due to the nature of my job, contacts are more convenient than glasses so I've been struggling this whole time. If they would have ordered the right contact lenses from the start this could have all been avoided. I thought maybe the Downey location would be different since I had a bad experience at their Pico Rivera location. Now i realize this company just operates poorly. For a few dollars more I should have gone to Costco or Walmart.

Came to get my daughter frames and after I picked the display frames I wanted the lady proceeds to tear off the tags from the display frames and I asked if they had any new ones and she said no. So I asked if they could at least give me a discount since they were displays since they weren't tight fitting at all (arms were loose) and she said they can't per company policy. I said why would I pay full price for used displays and she said they could order them for me. You should mention this to customers beforehand, not when they are about to pay. I understand some ppl might not care about buying g displays but I doubt people want to buy frames that have been worn by countless people and pay full price for them. That should be mentioned out of courtesy.

I went to purchase a new pair of glasses. They have a wide selection frames and different lens choices. It does take quite a while to get service, don't know if it's due to the shortage of sales people or other complications. Once a salesperson did wait on me I was happy with the help and finishing up the order.

I went to only to pick up my glasses on a Saturday (09/19) and there was only one person available to help. I am not too sure what happen but the Doctor called her over and she told what it seemed to be the manager that there was people waiting. I mean I just find it very unprofessional that she needed to ask for help. I also noticed a young girl helping out but I don't think she worked there. Other than that my glasses turned out great.
