I booked an appointment online, and I was ignored by the front desk. They looked at you up and down. They said that the appointment was not booked. They offered me an appointment for a same day which it wasn’t worked for me, they didn’t try to see if there will be any openings for other days. Just as I walked up, they were so so sorry and giggled. I wouldn’t recommend this place because they judged you by your appearance at least front desk.

Amazing service! Tried a different girl today, her name is BREE! Mind you, it was 6 weeks since my last wax! No pain at all!!! Results are amazing, she went back for clean ups! This girl Oml she’s amazing

Very much like the wax exclusive to European wax center it’s the softest service I’ve had but the receptionist makes it difficult to want to comeback. I wouldn’t come back to this location due to being ignored by Angie, although she attempts to be “ friendly” she doesn’t listen to what you have to say & spent a good 5 minutes gossiping before attending to me to ring me up so I could be on my way out. You’re better off going to any other location but this spot. I wish the service gets better here, I want to wax locally but I also don’t want to spend an extra 20 minutes listening to the workers gossip rather than just rush me out & then GOSSIP (if it’s that necessary for them in the first place)
