I come to this location often as my mother absolutely loves the limeade and it is very close to my job. On July 28, just after 4:30pm I drove up the speaker and ordered a slushie, which I was looking forward to on a hot day. The lady was pleasant, gave me my total and asked me to pull around. Even offered me a "my pleasure" when I said thank you. The pleasantries went out the window however, once I pulled around. The young man that was working the window only said one thing to me when I pulled up: "$3.08!" No "hello" no "how are you?" Just the price. I handed him my credit card and after only 2 or 3 seconds, he claimed my card declined, which now I wonder if he just said that for his own reasons. I said oh, ok and proceeded to get some cash out of my wallet. I looked at him and he seemed pushy and impatient so I simply asked "are you having a nice day?" To which he replied "not really". As I said, he had already made me feel like he didn't want my business and was rushing me so I then said "well, you don't have to take it out on me". He shrugged his shoulders at me and said nothing. This blew me away and I said "nevermind, cancel my order. I'll call the manager" I have never been made to feel like that before. I was nothing but polite to that young man and he was nothing but rude to me. I will surely think twice before me or any of my family members patronize this location again.

The woman who took our order that day at the store didn't speak great English so she got our order all wrong. That's the only complaint. What we did get was fast hot and delicious.

Love the food and the ease of ordering. Also love the speed and efficiency of getting my food. The menu is pretty big and they manage it well. I don't know why I don't visit more often.

Usually my family loves sonic, but this time was a complete let down. The hot dogs were overcooked and had pitiful toppings, and not in a good burnt on the grill way.. and My chicken sandwich was a dry little pancake on a dry bun. The mango limeade, however, May be a new guilty pleasure! That was delicious! I will be checking our food before I leave from now on, because I was just to lazy to take this back after getting home, but I surely wanted to.
