Our church ordered 150 Breakfast sandwiches to serve on Sunday May 22nd. When I picked up the sandwiches at 8:30 am everything was fresh and ready! Kudos to the staff and management for about and beyond customer service. Pastor Anthony Kingdom Life Church

Sometimes it can take forever to get through the line here. I wish the cashiers would leave their cell phone in the car and actually work so the drive thru would go smoothly. Other than that, this place is no different than any other McDonald's.

What I ordered and what I was asked to pay for at the widow weren't the same. The gentleman at the window tried to help by looking for a manager (another employee said she was gone). When the manager did come to assist, she was unprofessional and proceeded to tell me what I ordered (and she knew that because she took my order) after I specifically told her she must have gotten my order mixed up with another and I had never spoken to her. After explaining at least a couple more times, the manager finally says "oh, this was another order...you spoke to a guy, right?". Not once was I offered an apology for the mix-up, but she acted like she fixed the order only for me to get to the pickup window to be handed the wrong order anyway. Then, I had to explain and ask where the manager was to actually get what I had ordered and paid for. My recommendation is to eat here at your own risk - if you have no other option and if you have time/money to waste.

Came here a lot, until this happened. Moldy bread, on my chicken sandwich. Luckily I was headed to Kroger when I went to eat it because I was parked. I brought it out of the bag and saw it. I called immediately but they offered another free sandwich. I told them the thought of attempting that after seeing it wasn’t my cup of tea. Needless to say, go through your inventory, keep staff aware. This could potentially cost your job and shut you down.
