My little girl and I went into your store again as we do mostly every other weekend to get food we have endured the end of the food which when we take home is nasty and disgusting so today when we walked in there was a young white lady with an employee maybe the manager and she didn’t handle the situation correctly she gave facial expressions of rudeness that my little girl seen if your staff is rolling eyes and getting upset because customers a dissatisfied with the look up the food then they should have a better way of talking and handle it obviously this manager or crew chief young lady at 5:25 PM needs to be fired because anytime you display that type of behavior in front of your staff it only shows that you’re teaching your staff to create that same type of behavior shame on her

I am a regular here, and it is a hit or miss with the quality of food. During the school year, lines are practically out the door since they accept RamBucks. However, they push the line quickly, so it is never that long of a wait. Usually the longer the line, the better the food. During midday, the food can be sitting out for a long time, making it hard and stale. Just go at the right time, and you'll be fine.

By far the worst Panda Express I've been too. The rice is ALWAYS hard they NEVER have warm teriyaki sauce or any packets of plum sauce. They always offer sweet and sour or whatever the other sweet tasting sauce is. I order here a lot because it is close to my job. Whenever I order i get the same options which is fried rice orange/teriyaki chicken or walnut shrimp I got my food and my rice was hard I then called to complain and the "Manager" I believe her name begin with a C tried to deny it saying "no one else complained" as if I was lying. She still took down my information and told me to keep my receipt and I can come in for replacement the next day. I went in the following Monday because I do not work weekends and it was a Friday just to be told no one work there by that name. I still got my food and it was better but this location is always a problem with the food. They need more cooking training and also order sauce for the customers.

Food is most of the time not fresh unless you catch them cooking. I don't like the smaller containers though
