I come in here every time I go to the mall and buy random stuff, the store is awesome. However I ran into an employee the last time I was there, that was glued to their phone, and not once even acknowledged anyone was in the store. I after walking around and waiting by the cases grabbed the funko I wanted and brought it to the counter, because the girl working seemingly wanted to do nothing if possible. After trying to say I needed a funko they had locked up, the employee shakingly yells at me for grabbing the item, despite probably not even knowing we were in the store, I probably could have just left with the item and she would not have noticed. So I decided not to buy them. Came in the next day wanting the owners contact info and another employee told me that I should ask for assistance if we need anything, while also standing not helping anyone around the store. Used to really like this place, but having rude employees that do not want to do anything has cost me coming back.
