Best beef ribs, brisket, and pulled pork I've had up here! I'd put them up against all of the competition bbq players in a heartbeat! Coleslaw and baked beans were on point too! Can't wait to go back and try the meats they we're already sold out of! Go early!!

I travel a lot. Now; I cannot speak for Texas joints. I haven’t been fortunate enough to make it there yet. I have traveled to 8 other states. I’ve been to KC, Memphis, and OKC. This is by far the best brisket I’ve ever had, if not it’s a close close tie. This establishment is not super glamorous but it’s well put together, clean, and the staff is nice. The man I talked to who seems to be the owner and Pitmaster knows what he’s talking about. He uses a great selection of different hardwoods and a good seasoning blend as a base. I had brisket and smoked beef rib both were absolutely fantastic. The beef rib was sticky was perfectly rendered fat and nice and smoky throughout the entire bite. The only drawback is that the bourbon sauce while being very delicious is sweet and rich and you can only handle so much. That’s a good problem to have! Overall I would give this a nine out of 10 which is the highest I’ve ever personally scored BBQ. My only disclaimer is that I am not a professional judge but I’m sure this would win competitions.
