Positive: Size of room is nice. Like the wooden floors vs carpet. Bed pretty comfortable. Pool area nice but hot tub seemed to not work properly and not clean. Lot of dirt / sand on the bottom. Carpet up &downstairs to get back to our room was filthy. Negative: Bedding wasn't clean.Big Gross spot of what appeared to be snot / blood all over the white comforter. Was obviously not washed prior to our stay. Hallways are dark and felt little unsafe to me. I was off to one end corner quite a ways from the office.

Room 106 needs to be condemned. Moldy floors/corners and ceiling tiles, damp carpet, musty smell, rusty/corroded doors, bathroom door didn’t close, pieces of the lock were missing, AC way too loud. Blankets were paper thin. Coffee pot had old pods in it that were covered in mold. Pool area was nice and the staff were friendly that’s about it. Plus they moved me to a new room the next day which was in much better condition. I was ready to cut my losses and spend another $500 to stay somewhere else the rest of the week. I hope that management is doing a serious assessment of this property. Based on some other reviews I read room 106 isn’t the only one in this condition. It’s not right to make people pay to sleep in a room like this.

In our time of need during the storm of May 12th we had our place hit by the storm & it removed our roof & siding of our place. Zach took us in & allowed us to stay with our pets. We are very grateful. Our house right now is not livable. Zach & Alex are a credit to your company. They both are professional & knowledgeable. Sal, Me & our fur babies feel very welcomed. Keep up the amazing work.

Stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms and I can tell you the 2nd floor beds were less used compared to the first floor. Also very nice and convenient to have a door going straight outside from your room. Pool is impressive and bar isn't rowdy if you're looking for a calm evening.
