When I first started coming to this hotel it was very nice several years ago. Since I have cam several other times and the hotel gets worse and worse. The room is very dirty, tub hasn’t been clean, walls all marked up, room smells like vomit. It’s obvious they are not putting money back into the hotel. Very disappointed in the hotel. This hotel is low grade, don’t be surprised with the unexpected. You will not get what you pay for. Hotel is just collecting money and the guest is suffering

I stayed here while in town touring SDSU. We picked the hotel based on location (2 minute drive to the campus) but were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was! The rooms were updated with separate living and sleeping spaces. We loved having a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel! And the food and drinks were delicious!

First, I arrived to a dirty room. The girl at the desk gave me a different room and told me to come back tomorrow for a discount and room change. When I arrived the next day, they didn’t say anything about a discount, so I said, I was supposed to get a discount. The guy acted like it was a huge hassle to do a discount and said I could have a $35 discount. He would get back to me on it. I still haven’t heard anything. A discount of $35 is practically nothing for everything I went through to move my stuff. I paid more to stay at this hotel because I didn’t want to move. I could have spent a lot less staying in Sioux Falls. Both pieces of workout equipment in the fitness room were broken.

The hotel room we got was nice and big with two queen beds, a sofa/sitting area, small refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the room was overall clean except that the shower floor seemed to have what looked like rust on it. My kids were grossed out by that but they did supply a rubber mat for the shower floor. The front desk staff wasn't overly friendly but helped when needed.
