Chicken was over cooked and dried out. Mashed potatoes were almost liquid And tasted as though they were scraped out of what had scorched. Was given a rock hard biscuit.This is the third time this has happened. Visits were all Made on different days and times but during what would have been prime times to get fast food. All in the last two months.Also no other cars at the restaurant. Lesson learned.

Everyone was going through the drive through so we went in. The cashier was very helpful and we got our food quickly and it was all correct.

This KFC is in South Dakota it looked new food was fresh and hot and employees really nice and professional

Don't bother ordering on-line or with the app. They do not start your order until you announce your arrival using the drive thru speaker. Using the app or on-line is just an added step and a waste of time and effort, just order the old fashioned way. An added benefit is that the staff will not be angry at you because something you ordered much earlier is not ready when you get there.
