Pizza was delivered on time but was rubbery and stretchy. Seemed uncooked. I could not even grab a slice without it ripping into pieces. I have called the store and emailed corporate for refund and no one bothers to respond. Will not be ordering from Papa Johns ever again and I can easily see why this store as an atrocious rating.

Have ordered from this location I’d say 6 or more times. The last 3 times have been a bit so great experience. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to food. Short staffed, things happen, I get it. But this place has not had any of their own delivery drivers in MONTHS. It always goes to door dash to deliver. I consistently wait over 2 hours (no exaggeration). This last time, which was today, I expected a long wait so I ordered at 4:02 PM. I got my food delivered by door dash at 6:37 PM. And it had clearly been in this dudes car for quite a while, as my $50 worth of food came cold. I will order from and pick up from a different location from now on. I understand staffing is a huge problem now but this place is pitiful.

I'm pretty upset because I ordered a chicken and spinach pizza. I found 2 pieces of sausage on my pizza. This is especially frustrating because I do not eat pork for religious reasons and I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to go out. I can't just pick it off because of cross contamination. I was really looking forward to this since I hadn't had pizza in a while and I had a coupon. Hopefully, this doesn't happen in the future. :/ At least the staff was pretty nice about helping me find a solution.

Papa John's Pizza is my favorite, but not from this store! I have ordered three times, and three this store has failed, miserably! Cheese sticks are hard. Buffalo chicken pizza had more buffalo, cheese and onion, than chicken, and the works left SO much to be desired. It looks like a three year old made my food. Delivery people are nice, (I am a good tipper $10 per order), however they frequently forget to leave the "extras" or forget the drinks I order. In short, I spent $50 (with tip) for what I could have gotten for $20. Order dates of disappointment: May 19, '19 Dec 1, '18 Dec 7, '18 One star, disappointed!

Cause Pepperoni is not commonly asked to be put on cheesestick so the corporate level people did not inclued in the system so it can be charged.
