This place is supposed to be known for having good pizza but it was absolutely terrible when I tried it. Don't get any of the specialty pizzas, they aren't any good. Also its overpriced, I mean $16 for a small 10' pizza that doesn't even taste good? Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered food for delivery and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be here, my delivery driver cancels the order. The next driver that got assigned called me and said the STORE WAS CLOSED 1 hour before the posted time. Cant get anyone on the phone from the store, out $50. UPDATE: after not being able to get anyone on the phone for the night and the next morning, I ended up walking over to the store to see if I could get a refund. When I asked the person at the desk about it, they said that they don’t officially offer delivery through the restaurant, which I thought I had done by ordering from the mellow mushroom website. I was told the manager was on a “fifteen minute” break, and ended up chatting with the person for about 20 minutes and at no point did the manager ever reappear. I was told the store had to be closed early the night of my order due to scheduling issues. I received an email from mellow mushroom saying they had issued a refund, but the charge is still on my card so we’ll see. Moral of the story: don’t order delivery directly from the mellow mushroom website and tip your servers.

Mellow Mushroom is my new favorite pizza! We ordered a large all-meat and a large pepperoni for 4 people - thinking that 1 large would not be enough. Well... one large would have been enough, but would have been a mistake - as there wouldn't be any to take home. I actually should have ordered 3 large pizzas! The crust is thin and crispy where the delicious toppings are. The outer 2 inches of the pizza is pure crust heaven. Get a side of beer cheese to dip your crust in. Yum!

Mellow Mushroom adheres to all local government guidelines - you can check the most up-to-date guidelines at www.asafenashville.org. We have also instituted more stringent cleaning and sanitizing practices; this means menus are sanitized after every use, there are hand sanitizing stations located throughout the restaurant, employees are masked at all times, and patrons are required to wear a mask until they are sat at a table - to name a few. Current COVID restrictions in Nashville do not allow any food to be delivered directly to patient rooms. Delivery can be ordered and taken to a receiving area in the hospital lobby, however. You can order delivery from Mellow Mushroom at mellowmushroom.com, via Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates or Grub Hub.
