Going on the 2nd year here and still love living here. The staff are fabulous, they always treat me and my wife with respect. Now we always return that with respect towards them.... I think that is just the right thing to do. Also this next bit is not just for living here, There are certai things that are just not in the power of the office or maintance staff. So there are somethings that just cannot and won't be compromised. Now the staff here has made extended every courtesy that they can and have explained every governing rule by the head office. It is not personal but it is the limit of the job they do.... as we all have certain limits we can do at our job or in life. Sorry a bit of rabbit trail but this place and the management staff are top notch.

Can't say enough great things about Amanda in the leasing office. Response to maintenance requests is lightning fast. It's a unique community, and I hope CIP places value on retaining reliable townhome renters by rewarding those who care for the property as though it's their own with reasonable rent increases if needed. Four stars only because access to an outdoor pool comes at an additional charge but that's really not a deal-breaker for us. Also would love to have the opportunity to have our unit updated to the beautiful granite-looking countertops, steel appliances and beautiful floors shown in some of the photos!
