Partner was confusing, maybe she's new? It didn't matter. She was forgiving. She was new, its not her fault! Why I gotta do her like that!? Anyways, the Starbees service was fast and reliable. In the end, I walked away happy.

The level of customer service at this location is probably the best I’ve ever seen, and I go to different a Starbucks several days a week and hang out all day. Never been to a Starbucks that REGULARLY has a barista going out to the seated customers giving out free samples of water cups and juice. Amazing service! And nice looking set up and architecture in the place also.

This was my second visit to this particular location. I've found the baristas to be very energetic & cheerful each morning that I've stopped in. It was a pleasant experience in all. Quick, personable service is what I've come to expect from this Cool Springs location.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks.... However, this location is extremely busy. So if you are longing for your trenta caramel macchiato latte, be sure to pre order using the Starbucks app... Even with that advantage, park the car and walk in to pick up your mobile order... The drive thru is usually 6 or 7 cars deep. With the high turnaround, this also prepares for any redos... The crew at this location is competent and pleasant, and will gladly fix any mismade drinks.
