I discovered Madison PhotoPlus just recently (in early 2022) and found the staff to be very friendly, informative and helpful. During my first visit, which was really just to browse, I found a pristine Nikon N80 film camera at a tremendous price and purchased it as I was, at the time, planning to go back to shooting B & W film. Jerry and I had a great conversation, and I knew right then and there that I'd be back (and have been many times since). The staff is very accommodating should you need to enter a special order for something not in stock and unlike other retailers, they will give you a realistic estimate as to when you can expect to see your purchase delivered. On those occasions when I needed something quickly and it was in stock, I found their location in Madison, NJ easy to get to in order to make in-person purchases. I also appreciated that they have a fairly large in-stock inventory of photo accessories to include tripods, gimbals, monopods and brackets. They recently became an approved dealer for GODOX flashes, and they also offer a full line of Promaster flashes and other accessories to include camera bags, filters, soft-boxes and so on. If you want to patronize a camera store that provides old-fashioned qualities like fair prices, exceptional service, interesting and educational services and photo trips, you need look no further than Madison PhotoPlus in Madison, NJ.

I went in to purchase some 120 film. First time visiting the store and thought that they had a pretty good selection of 120 which is harder to come by than 35mm. Thanks!

They were rude and seemed unhappy I was there every time I would come in to buy anything. I used to get my prints and frames here. They also would not sell me a $1000 camera because I would not wear a mask, long after the pandemic was over. P.S They just responded and only addressed the mask issue ( December their were no mask mandates) , yet they do not address why they were always rude and seemed annoyed when i came in a number of times. Long before the mask issue. Very unprofessional .
